As this product has some new features that you might not know, please read & follow all the instructions to use it properly and prevent injuries.
SAFETM PRECAUTION
1. Before opening the backrest, make sure your position is in "safe area" to avoid being Injured when the backrest automatically raises.

2. Pull the backrest/ leg lever & adjust the backrest inclination/ leg at the same time.

3. Make sure the leg is locked In securely before workout.

4. Check that the backrest is locked properly after being folded down.

HOW TO SET UP THE DECK BEFORE WORKOUT
STEP 1: OPEN THE LEGS

The original position

Lift one leg side.
Pull the leg lever & fold the leg (black part) out. The leg will be ready with "click" signal.

Repeat previous step for the other leg.
STEP 2: OPEN THE BACKREST

The backrest lever

Pull up the backrest lever to separate the backrest and the bench.
Pull up the backrest lever again and hold it until the backrest raises up to the highest position.(85°)

Tips to adjust the backrest height
Adjust backrest by 2 ways:
Lean back into the backrest of the deck after opening the backrest. Pull up the backrest lever to adjust the backrest & lean forward or backward until you have found a comfortable position. Release the lever and the backrest will lock in your
preferred position.

One hand pulls up the backrest lever, the other hand uses force to adjust the backrest inclination forward/ backward by reducing/increasing the load against the backrest.
Release the lever and the backrest will lock in your preferred position.

HOW TO CLOSE THE DECK AFTER USING
STEP 1: CLOSE THE BACKREST
①Pull up and hold the backrest lever by one hand(A),push back the backrest by the other hand(B) until it is folded down completely.

②The position after folding the backrest.

STEP 2: CLOSE THE LEGS


Lift one leg side.
Pull the leg lever and fold the leg (black part) in.
Press hard the leg (black part) back down into its original position ("Click" sound presents that the leg is locked in securely).
Shake slightly to check whether the legs drop down or not.
Repeat previous step for the other leg.
